Shipping Areas
Our store ships from Japan to countries worldwide.
For shipments to the Philippines, we use a combined shipping method of sea freight followed by local delivery (such as LBC).
All other countries are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
All domestic shipments within Japan will be delivered via Japan Post (such as Yu-Pack).
Shipping Methods
The following shipping methods are used depending on the product.
・EMS (Express Mail Service)
・For the Philippines: Sea freight + local delivery (such as LBC)
・Domestic (Japan): Japan Post (Yu-Pack, etc.)
The most suitable shipping method will be selected by us based on product size, weight, and destination.
Processing Time Before Shipment
・Shipments to the Philippines (Sea Freight): Orders close on the last Wednesday of each month and are shipped on the following Tuesday.
・Shipments to the Philippines (EMS): Shipped within 3–10 days from the order date.
・Shipments to other countries: Shipped within 3–10 days from the order date.
Estimated Delivery Time
・To the Philippines (Sea Freight): Approximately 1 month
・To the Philippines (EMS): Approximately 10 days
・To other countries: Approximately 3–10 days
※Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs procedures, or international circumstances.
Shipping Fees
・Sea freight to our warehouse in the Philippines is free. Domestic delivery within the Philippines will be cash on delivery via LBC or similar carriers and is the customer’s responsibility.
・Additional fees may apply for large or oversized items.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
All customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees incurred at the time of import are the responsibility of the customer.
Charges may vary depending on each country’s tax rates and regulations.
Tracking Numbers
・After shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email or other means.
・Tracking may not be available for certain countries or shipping methods.
Shipping Issues
・In rare cases, delays, loss, or damage may occur.
・For international shipments, compensation is subject to the policies of each shipping carrier.
・If damage or loss is suspected, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We will also provide support to the extent possible.
Incorrect Address Information
Delivery failures caused by incorrect address information are not eligible for compensation.
Please be sure to verify your address, postal code, and phone number before shipment.
