Q1. What payment methods are available?

A: We accept credit cards (VISA / Master Card / JCB/American Express), Gcash, PayPay, and bank transfers.

In addition to paying in cash in one lump sum, you can also choose to pay a deposit (such as 1/3 of the product price) plus the remaining balance.

Q2. Are there any countries that cannot be shipped to?

A: We ship worldwide *Except for the US and Canada, rural areas of third world countries are excluded due to reported customs issues.
Ensuring your order arrives safely is our number one priority.

Q3. How long will it take to ship?

A: Shipping to the Philippines: The deadline is the last Wednesday of each month, and items will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Shipping to other countries: We will ship within 3-10 days from the date of order.

*The watch will be shipped with a new battery replaced, so it may take an additional 1-2 days.

Q4. What is the shipping method and can I track it?

A: We mainly use EMS, and within the Philippines we use LBC etc.
After shipping, we will send you the tracking number via email.

Q5. Are there any customs or import taxes?

A: Yes.
Customs duties, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the order amount, you may be charged by your local customs or delivery company upon arrival.

Q6. Can I return or get a refund?

A: Regardless of whether the product is new or used, we will only respond if the product is significantly different from the description or if there is a confirmed initial defect. (Please be sure to provide a video when applying.)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (please see our returns policy for details).

Q7. Are the products genuine?

A: Yes. All our products are authentic and carefully selected in Japan.

Q8. Will the watch arrive in working condition?

A: Yes.
All watches are shipped with new batteries and checked for functionality before shipping, so they are ready to use right away.
If the battery is defective, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

Q9. Is there a warranty for the watch?

A: There is a warranty on the watch.
New watches come with a one-year warranty after purchase.
Pre-owned watches come with a 3-month warranty after purchase.

Q10. Can I cancel my order?

A: As a general rule, cancellations cannot be accepted after advance payment has been confirmed.
